This is a remote course, and its live duration is 12 hours. In addition to that, you will have to complete exercises on day one and two after our session (afternoon work). The Outcome will be discussed during the training. 100% attendance is required to receive a certificate.
We all know the limitations of remote training, for that reason, we will ask you to fully concentrate in the presentation and the exercises. We will prepare virtual breakout rooms and you will collaborate with other people in the completion of those exercises. In some instances, you will have to present your work or the work of your team. The use of your camera is optional.
You must have some understanding of management systems, the HACCP principles, the Prerequisite Programs, and the importance of external communication (with customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, etc.) it is important to read the ISO-22000:2018 standard including the terms and definitions to be better prepared for the session and make the session more useful and activity-based.

This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed to understand and help them transition to the new FSSC 22000 version 5.
